1. FUTURE ECOSYSTEM INCLUSION (ALL PLANS)
Both Subscription and Lifetime licenses automatically include access to
all new products, services, updates, and tools added to the WebOrbiton
ecosystem after the date of initial purchase or subscription start,
subject to the active status of the respective license type.

2. SUBSCRIPTION-BASED LICENSING
For subscription plans (e.g., monthly billing), the rights granted under
this License—including access to current and future ecosystem tools—remain
valid exclusively during the active, fully-paid subscription period. Upon
termination or non-payment of the subscription, the right to commercially
operate, offer, or distribute the Software immediately terminates.

3. LIFETIME LICENSING
For lifetime (one-time purchase) plans, the rights granted under this
License are perpetual, non-exclusive, and irrevocable upon full payment.
The Licensee retains the right to commercially operate, offer, or distribute
all current and future Software added to the ecosystem indefinitely,
without recurring fees or expiration of rights.

• Source-Available & Customizable: Full access to the source code. Modify, adapt, or fork it freely without mandatory attribution.
• Free Commercial Use (Components): Use it inside any project, SaaS, or store as a backend component, admin panel, or internal tool for free with zero consent needed.
• Standalone Commercial Sales Threshold: If sold directly as a standalone product or subscription generating over $1,500/month, you must submit it for review within 60 days.
• Subscription Validity: For subscription plans, rights remain active only while your payment plan is active.
• No Trademarks Included: Logos, icons, and branding belong to the Licensor and cannot be redistributed publicly without permission.
