The WebOrbiton.com and related software are developed and maintained by Igor Oprządek, residing at Bągart 14A, Poland, acting as the lead developer and coordinator of the WebOrbiton Team.

The WebOrbiton Team operates as a non-incorporated development group. In accordance with the Act of 6 March 2018 – Law on Entrepreneurs (Journal of Laws 2023, item 221, as amended), these activities are conducted as unregistered activity (działalność nierejestrowana), as long as the monthly revenues do not exceed the statutory threshold defined by Polish law.

WebOrbiton Team is responsible for:
- Development and maintenance of the self-hosted WebOrbiton software.
- The WebOrbiton Platform, providing commercial licenses for projects exceeding the standard SA-SDL / SA-SDCL license conditions.
- The software is provided "as is." Users are solely responsible for its deployment, management, and ensuring that their specific implementations comply with local regulations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Controller of personal data is Igor Oprządek, Bągart 14A, Poland.
Purpose: Data is processed exclusively for license verification, providing technical support, and ensuring system stability.
Security: We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Rights: Users retain the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data.

All software and content provided by WebOrbiton Team are protected under the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Usage of the software is governed by the specific terms of the SA-SDL or SA-SDCL licenses, or individual commercial agreements.
