WebOrbiton is free to use for all websites and commercial projects, provided that monthly revenue generated from SaaS products built primarily on WebOrbiton does not exceed USD 1,500.
Use of the Software is permitted regardless of advertising, donations, or other non-SaaS revenue sources.
The revenue limitation applies exclusively to developers offering their own SaaS products whose primary value is based on WebOrbiton and whose monthly gross revenue exceeds the stated threshold.

By purchasing a Lifetime plan, the Licensee obtains a single, perpetual license granting access to all current and future WebOrbiton products without time limitation.
Subscription-based plans grant access to WebOrbiton products solely for the duration in which the applicable subscription fees are paid and the subscription remains active.
